We’re expanding our B2B footprint and looking for motivated Account Executives to help us bring Rinse to more businesses that rely on clean linens, clothing, and uniforms to operate.

About the Role

In this role, the Senior Manager of Central Operations will play a critical role leading and evolving Rinse’s core cleaning operations nationwide and globally . In this role you’ll report directly to our VP of Central Operations and Customer Experience, manage our entire Central Cleaning Operations team, and work to drive forward key strategic initiatives while supporting our constant march towards best-in-class cleaning quality and product standardization. A high-visibility role, you will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Business Operations, while also interacting closely with our C-Suite, to drive innovation within our most critical core competency. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for a systems thinker and operator with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality, process, and people.

In this role you will…

  • Deliver exceptional cleaning quality and efficiency without compromise. You’ll own the relationship and performance management of cleaning partners and vertically integrated facilities, build scalable processes, analyze operational data, and ensure an optimal customer experience through every stage of our cleaning lifecycle.
  • Own cross-functional strategic initiatives that improve our Cleaning Partner experience, Customer experience, pushing forward product innovation.
  • Lead the planning, testing, and execution of projects that improve cleaning quality, workflow efficiency, or partner performance.
  • Develop clear success metrics and implement control measures to monitor and sustain results.
  • Work hands-on with Cleaning Partners and vertically integrated teams to observe workflows and build process understanding.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Biz Ops to advocate for improvements and surface operational insights.
  • Provide regular updates to the Leadership team to support prioritization and resourcing.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in cleaning operations and partner support - taking ownership and generating measurable results.

Salary Range: $125-150K
