This is a hunting role. You'll own a territory, build your own pipeline, and close deals at the GP level. There's inbound to support you — but your number won't depend on it. We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive with venture capital experience to join our high-energy team, build transformative relationships with aspiring fund managers, and accelerate our mission. What You’ll Do

    Own a book of emerging and established VC fund managers. Build from first contact to signed agreement with no handoffs. Run the full cycle yourself.

    You'll be positioning Decile against Carta, AngelList, Juniper Square, and others. You know these products. You know where they fall short for small and emerging managers. That's your edge.

    You'll also build referral relationships with fund formation attorneys, accelerator networks, and placement agents. The managers who need us are out there. Part of your job is being where they are before they start shopping.

What You Bring

    This role needs someone genuinely agentic. You figure out what needs to happen and you go do it. You don't wait for a playbook, a warmed-up list, or a manager to point you at the next step. You find the problem, solve it, and move.

    5-10 years of sales experience, with a real chunk of it selling fund administration or fund services to VC or PE managers. Not "sold SaaS to VCs." Sold fund admin, back office, or fund services directly to GPs.

    You can talk LPAs, management fees, and fund admin workflows without Googling anything. You've sat across from a GP who's been burned by their current fund admin provider and you know exactly what to say.

    You prospect. You don't wait. You've hit your number in years where the leads weren't great, because you went and found them yourself.

    Experience at Carta, AngelList, Juniper Square, Aduro or any of the fund services platforms is a strong plus. We're not shy about that.

Why right now

    The emerging manager market is at an inflection point. Legacy fund admin platforms were built for established, institutional managers. The 500+ new funds launching every year have different needs, different budgets, and different expectations. Most of the existing solutions weren't designed for them.

    Decile was.

    We just had two consecutive record-breaking quarters. The market is moving our way. You'd be joining as one of the first dedicated AEs building this function, early enough that it matters, late enough that the proof is already there.

Base plus commission, OTE $200K-$280K depending on experience. Meaningful equity, we're seed stage and this is real upside, not a rounding error. 100% remote.
