About TensorWave

Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Business Recruiter to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. You'll be a key partner in shaping how TensorWave scales its commercial engine, working closely with cross-functional partners to support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence, collaboration, and impact.

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and other non-technical roles

  • Partner with hiring managers across the business to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and calibrate on ideal candidate profiles

  • Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, inbound management, and creative outreach

  • Drive a consistent, candidate-centered interview experience from first touch to offer close

  • Manage and influence complex offer negotiations (inclusive of Pre-IPO equity), working closely with comp and leadership on competitive packages

  • Track recruiting metrics and pipeline data to surface insights and improve hiring velocity

  • Contribute to employer brand efforts — representing TensorWave at relevant events and in online communities

  • Partner cross-functionally with POps/ROps, Finance, and Biz Ops on headcount planning and onboarding readiness

Who you are

  • Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, sourcing tools, and creative outreach strategies

  • Experience partnering closely with senior business leaders and influencing hiring decisions

  • Proficiency with an ATS (Ashby, or similar) and ability to maintain clean data hygiene

  • Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal

  • You genuinely enjoy building relationships — with candidates and hiring managers alike — and people remember you for how you made them feel

  • You're highly organized and can manage 10–15 open reqs across multiple functions without dropping a ball

  • You move quickly and adapt without losing rigor or care

  • You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process where none exists yet

  • You take ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do next
