About TensorWave
Our mission is simple: deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale. We've built a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering builders to focus on innovation instead of fighting their stack. Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.
About the Role
We are building and operating large-scale infrastructure platforms to support high-performance AI workloads across multiple data centers. Our environment relies heavily on automation, infrastructure-as-code, and repeatable deployment processes across compute, storage, networking, and Kubernetes platforms.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer focused on CI/CD and Automation to own and evolve our software delivery and infrastructure pipeline ecosystem. This role is responsible for building, operating, and standardizing pipelines that power everything from infrastructure deployments to application delivery.
This is a cross-functional role working closely with DevOps, infrastructure, platform, and development teams to ensure that all systems are deployed consistently, safely, and efficiently.

Design and standardize pipeline patterns across teams build pipelines, deployment pipelines, infrastructure pipelines
Ensure pipelines are reliable, repeatable, observable
Maintain and improve pipeline performance and execution times
GitOps & Deployment Workflows
Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
Define best practices for repository structure, branching strategies, promotion workflows (dev → staging → production)
Ensure consistent deployment patterns across Kubernetes and infrastructure systems
Automation & Infrastructure Integration
Build and maintain automation using tools such as Ansible, Terraform (where applicable)
Integrate CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure provisioning (e.g., MAAS, hypervisors), Kubernetes clusters, storage and networking systems
Standardize how infrastructure changes are deployed and validated
Cross-Team Enablement
Work across teams to onboard services into CI/CD pipelines, improve existing workflows, reduce manual deployment processes
Act as a subject matter expert for pipeline design, automation strategies, deployment best practices
Provide guidance and support to engineers building pipelines
Reliability & Observability
Implement monitoring and alerting for CI/CD systems
Troubleshoot pipeline failures and deployment issues
Improve visibility into build failures, deployment outcomes, system health
Continuous Improvement
