What You’ll Do

  • Assist in developing and scheduling content across social media channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and others as relevant)

  • Draft compelling copy for social posts, stories, and short-form video scripts that align with brand voice and campaign goals

  • Monitor social media channels daily, engage with followers, and escalate community questions or concerns appropriately

  • Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity to inform content strategy and identify opportunities

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually engaging graphics, reels, and multimedia content

  • Track and report on social media KPIs including engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, and click-through rates

  • Support paid social campaigns by assisting with audience targeting, ad copy, and performance monitoring

  • Contribute to the social media content calendar and help maintain a consistent posting cadence

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field

  • Active personal presence on major social platforms with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices

  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) is a plus

  • Analytical mindset with curiosity about metrics and data-driven decision making

  • A creative, self-starter attitude with a passion for storytelling and brand building
