  • Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across our growing product suite

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify optimization opportunities

  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to building our design culture as we scale

  • Partner with product management to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably in IaaS, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure

  • Proven track record designing complex enterprise dashboards and data-heavy interfaces

  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborative design workflows

  • Strong foundation in visual design principles, user experience methodology, and rapid prototyping

  • Experience with project management tools (Jira or equivalent) and familiarity with version control systems (GitHub)

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the GPU cloud, high-performance computing, or AI/ML infrastructure space

  • Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for enhanced design-engineering collaboration

  • Interaction design, custom illustration, and motion design capabilities

  • Background working with developer-focused products or technical enterprise software

Personal Attributes:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for user needs

  • Collaborative mindset and experience working effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments

  • Passion for emerging technology and eagerness to learn about GPU computing and AI infrastructure
