About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Associate to enhance our sales team’s performance by implementing enablement strategies, coordinating training and onboarding, and managing resources that align with our revenue goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales excellence, with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to support our fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Enablement & Training
Support with onboarding new AEs and BDRs with structured 30-60-90 day plans
Maintain and expand enablement resources: pitch decks, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, etc.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop ongoing training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Keep playbooks, battlecards, and ICP resources up to date and accessible
Manage the internal enablement hub (Confluence)
Identify and develop new collateral and content for the sales team, ensuring consistency with marketing messaging
Facilitate sales certifications and skill assessments to reinforce best practices
Tooling & Insights
Assist with generating dashboards and reports to track onboarding, ramp, and team performance
Support maintenance and adoption of GTM tools (HubSpot, Clay, Slack, etc.)
Help enforce process hygiene across systems (deal stages, contact/account enrichment, etc.)
Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to streamline seller workflows
Partner with RevOps to surface key insights from recordings, pipeline trends, and campaign outcomes
Assist RevOps in generating a repository of GTM motions that have been deployed along with outcomes!
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes
Troubleshoot tool-related issues in real-time and support sales enabling technologies
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, GTM support, or a similar role
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience managing enablement materials and onboarding programs
Comfortable with reporting tools and CRM systems like HubSpot (experience with, Clay, Jira, Confluence is a plus)
Ability to balance creative content work with process-oriented ops work
Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, highly collaborative startup environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
Proficiency in G-Suite and SaaS-based sales tools
Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of ownership to drive projects from concept to implementation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Additional/Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with AI/ML, developer tools, or technical infrastructure sales; knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler)
