About OnRamp

OnRamp transforms B2B customer onboarding into a revenue driver. Our platform automates workflows, streamlines playbooks, and accelerates time-to-value, helping enterprises reduce onboarding time by up to 70%. Backed by leading investors (we just raised our $15M Series A) and trusted by Fortune 15 companies, we’re redefining how companies bring new customers online.

OnRamp is looking for a Brand & Content Manager to own the voice, story, and content engine. This role sits at the intersection of demand creation, brand building, market education and thought leadership. Your core mission: help the market understand the problems we solve and why they matter, from the first blog post a prospect reads to the executive panel our leadership team walks into.

This isn’t a traditional content marketing seat. You’ll be the strategic architect of our narrative across every channel and format—creating integrated campaigns that educate buyers, build category awareness, and drive pipeline.

What You’ll Own

  • Define and evolve OnRamp’s brand voice, messaging framework, and editorial standards

  • Create and manage a content calendar

  • Own the end-to-end content strategy: ideation, planning, production, distribution, and performance measurement

  • Develop content with SEO best practices at the core

  • Own and build the email communications strategy and calendar

  • Own the strategy and content development for sponsored speaking sessions at virtual and in-person events—including topic selection, speaker prep, presentation materials, and post-event content repurposing

  • Draft press releases, media pitches, and company announcements

  • Build relationships with industry publications, media outlets and podcasts to amplify OnRamp’s point of view

  • Research, write, and manage industry award submissions to build third-party credibility and market recognition

  • Own OnRamp’s organic social media strategy and execution across key platforms

  • Work with known industry influencers to create brand presence for OnRamp

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand communications, integrated campaigns, or a related strategic communications role—ideally in B2B SaaS or tech

  • Deep experience building content programs from the ground up—you know how to go from blank page to scalable content engine

  • Fluent in demand generation mechanics: you understand how content maps to pipeline, and you’re as comfortable discussing MQLs as you are brand awareness

  • Strong working knowledge of SEO and SEMRush—keyword research, on-page optimization, content clustering, and search intent—and a track record of creating content that ranks

  • A natural collaborator who thrives working cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership

  • Experienced in executive communications—you’ve ghostwritten for or coached senior leaders and know how to elevate their voice

  • Strong editorial judgment and a high bar for quality; you’d rather publish less and publish well

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

  • Fluency with AI writing assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as a force multiplier—not a crutch—for producing high-quality content faster

Why OnRamp

  • Work directly with enterprise and mid-market clients, including Fortune 15 companies

  • Join a high-growth SaaS company that just raised its $15M Series A led by top investors

  • Be part of a collaborative, ownership-driven culture

  • Highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits

  • Boston-based, 3+ days a week in-office
