You’re the connector between BOH and FOH, the guardian of food quality, and the person who ensures every plate that hits the table reflects our bold flavors and relentless hospitality. What You’ll Do
Genuine Authenticity
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with BOH and FOH to keep the flow smooth
    (“Open, clear communication during rushes”)
  • Own mistakes quickly and help correct them with kindness
  • Maintain a calm, grounded presence even when the kitchen is moving fast
  • Ensure every plate reflects the real, scratch‑made quality we stand for
Deliciously Bold
  • Ensure dishes leave the window looking vibrant, flavorful, and Instagram‑ready
    (“Dishes bursting with flavor, color, and personality”)
  • Bring positive, high‑energy vibes to the expo line
  • Celebrate great plates, great teamwork, and great moments
  • Help maintain the fun, upbeat atmosphere that defines the Biscuit Belly experience
Relentless Hospitality
  • Anticipate needs before they arise — restocking, calling out items, supporting servers
    (“Supporting teammates without being asked”)
  • Keep ticket times tight and service flowing smoothly
  • Handle issues with calmness, grace, and generosity
  • Support FOH and BOH with a team‑first mindset, especially during rushes
Core Responsibilities
  • Manage the expo line with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
  • Ensure every dish meets Biscuit Belly’s quality, plating, and temperature standards
  • Communicate clearly with BOH on timing, modifications, and remakes
  • Coordinate with FOH to run food quickly and correctly
  • Maintain a clean, organized expo station throughout service
  • Support FOH tasks such as running food, bussing tables, and resetting the dining room
  • Resolve guest concerns related to food quality or timing with empathy and urgency
