Position Summary
The Busser at Noble Chicken helps create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming dining experience. This role is essential to keeping the restaurant running smoothly by supporting the front-of-house team, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guests always have a great first impression.
Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and sanitize tables quickly and efficiently
- Reset tables promptly for incoming guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, lobby, restrooms, and service areas
- Assist with delivering food and beverages when needed
- Refill drinks, napkins, condiments, and other guest essentials
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Stock and organize front-of-house supplies
- Support team members during busy periods
- Communicate clearly with team members to keep service flowing smoothly
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Uphold Noble Chicken’s standards and core values
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stay active (standing, walking, lifting) throughout shifts
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
