Luke's is hiring a professional and experienced bartender to join our team. This is a high-volume role suited for someone who thrives behind the bar and knows how to deliver top-tier hospitality while maintaining consistency and control. We're looking for someone who brings both technical skill and presence, someone who knows how to move with purpose and connect with guests authentically.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar station throughout service
- Engage with guests in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner
- Execute bar prep and batching in accordance with daily par sheets
- Accurately handle POS transactions, tabs, cash, and comps
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product rotation
- Collaborate with the team and lead by example during high-volume shifts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service setting
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and classic cocktail technique
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mentality
- Clean, organized, and consistent with standards
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
