Availability & Pay
  • Full-time
    • Must be available 6:00 PM – 8:00 AM, Monday–Sunday, including mandatory overtime as needed.
  • Pay: DOE $16-$18 per hour
Who You Are

Required Experience
  • License/Certification: SNHD Food Handlers Card (Required)
  • 1+ years of kitchen or food production experience
  • 1+ year in a leadership role in a food service or production environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in high-volume meal prep or commissary kitchen operations
  • ServSafe Manager Certification
  • Experience training and developing staff
  • Experience meeting production targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
Day In The Life
  • Lead portion staff on the floor, correcting errors and keeping pace with volume goals
  • Escalate and solve issues quickly, adjusting workflow to minimize waste
  • Coach team members and provide constructive feedback in real time.
