As the front liner of food and beverage customer service, you will be responsible for attending to customers with enthusiasm, recommending menu items, and ensuring an overall great experience.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers and greet them upon entrance
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff and other co-servers to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adopt a positive approach when addressing customer problems and issues
- Answer customer questions about the menu and recommend items when necessary
- Issue bills and accept payments in a timely manner
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Provide a great experience for our guests
Requirements:
- Weekend availability
- One year experience as a bartender
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Adequate communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Patient in dealing with customers
