As the Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our juice bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team to create delicious and nutritious beverages. Responsibilities:
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and inspire a team of Main Squeeze Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct daily team huddles to communicate goals, share updates, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • At Main Squeeze we do not compromise in providing top tier customer service.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Ensure the team maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere in the juice bar, promoting a welcoming experience for customers.
  • Oversee and coach Team members to ensure they are providing the best possible experience to our customers.
  • Product Quality and Innovation:
  • Oversee the preparation of a variety of fresh and nutritious juice blends, smoothies, acai bowls, and other beverages.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure we are making all products in a timely manner with the highest possible quality standards.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and waste.
  • Update the store manager of any items appearing low stock.
  • Monitor staff to ensure as little waste as possible.
  • Training and Development:
  • Train new team members on product knowledge, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the skills and performance of the team
