Position Summary

The Front of House (FOH) Team Member at Noble Chicken helps create a welcoming and organized dining experience. This role focuses on hospitality, expediting orders, packaging to-go meals, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth communication between the kitchen and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Expedite orders accurately from the kitchen
  • Package to-go orders with attention to detail
  • Deliver food and beverages as needed
  • Offer refills and condiments appropriately
  • Pre-bus and reset tables
  • Keep the dining room, front counter, and lobby clean and organized
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding order status or guest needs
  • Assist with guest concerns and maintain service standards
  • Work as part of a team while upholding Noble Chicken’s core values
