Position Summary
The Front of House (FOH) Team Member at Noble Chicken helps create a welcoming and organized dining experience. This role focuses on hospitality, expediting orders, packaging to-go meals, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth communication between the kitchen and guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Expedite orders accurately from the kitchen
- Package to-go orders with attention to detail
- Deliver food and beverages as needed
- Offer refills and condiments appropriately
- Pre-bus and reset tables
- Keep the dining room, front counter, and lobby clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding order status or guest needs
- Assist with guest concerns and maintain service standards
- Work as part of a team while upholding Noble Chicken’s core values
