What You’ll Do
- Craft classic, specialty, and craft cocktails with consistency and accuracy
- Deliver warm, polished, guest‑focused service
- Maintain par levels, restock bars, and ensure clean, organized workspaces
- Operate POS systems efficiently and ensure accurate guest billing
- Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service standards
- Maintain sanitation, hygiene, and department of health compliance and maritime standards
- Participate in safety drills and follow all vessel safety procedures
- Work collaboratively to support smooth onboard operations
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of bartending experience required; 1-2 years of upscale or high‑volume experience preferred
- Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and guest‑service skills
- Ability to follow detailed procedures, recipes, and safety requirements
- Comfortable working aboard vessels in tight spaces and dynamic environments
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
- Ability to work onboard for 2–5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours
