We're searching for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) who’s ready to bring the heat — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and supports the GM in running the restaurant like a well-oiled machine. You’ll help lead the team, own the Guest experience, and step into the driver’s seat when the GM isn’t on deck.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the General Manager in daily operations and restaurant leadership
- Help recruit, train, and coach a rockstar team of Team Members and shift leaders
- Be hands-on in the kitchen and dining room — setting the tone for service and food quality
- Lead shifts with confidence, keeping things smooth, safe, and Guest-focused
- Take ownership of key areas: scheduling, inventory, food safety, labor management, and more
- Jump in wherever needed — we’re a team, and leadership means setting the pace
- Be a culture carrier — motivate, celebrate wins, and drive team engagement
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and brand execution
Who You Are:
- A natural leader with a heart for hospitality
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask under pressure
- Great communicator who can coach, mentor, and uplift your team
- Obsessed with delivering amazing Guest experiences
- Operationally savvy and comfortable managing labor, food costs, and other key metrics
- Hands-on and ready to hustle when things get busy
- Experience in restaurant leadership roles required (shift lead or higher)
- Eager to grow and take the next step toward General Management
