We are looking for an experienced Dishwasher/Porter to join our culinary team. If you are highly motivated with a strong work ethic and want to kickstart your career in a high-volume environment, we’d love to meet you!

· Maintain cleanliness in all dishwashing and kitchen areas, including pot sinks, prep surfaces, and equipment.

· Support overall restaurant cleanliness by sanitizing sinks, countertops, tabletops, doors, and walls.

· Organize and maintain the storeroom, manage deliveries, and handle linen storage and distribution.

· Continuously remove trash and recyclables from all areas of the restaurant to maintain a clean and safe environment.

· Assist with general prep and cleaning tasks as needed to support kitchen and service operations.

· Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.

· Other duties as assigned by Manager.

· Ideally, with experience as a Dishwasher/Porter.

· Who are able to follow health and safety procedures laid out by management, city, state and federal requirements.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy.

· With open flexibility to work various shifts.
