Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:

- Willingness to use all bar tools including jiggers and speed pourers in order to serve consistently prepared cocktails and other beverages
- Baseline knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and a willingness to learn about Greek food, wines, beer, and spirits
- Ability to capably manage a high volume service bar

- Knowledge of Toast POS Systems
