Job Title: Domino's Pizza Delivery Driver
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Job Description:
Domino's Pizza is looking for enthusiastic and reliable delivery drivers to join our team. As a Domino's Pizza Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering pizza and other menu items to our customers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. You will ensure that each customer has an exceptional experience by providing excellent customer service and adhering to our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers' addresses.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
- Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Assist with pizza preparation and store cleaning as needed.
- Ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner and within the company's quality standards.
- Navigate the delivery route using the most efficient path to minimize delivery times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Communicate effectively with the store team and customers.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support store operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be at least 18 years old (or 21 years old in some locations, depending on local regulations).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A dependable, insured vehicle (if applicable, dependent on the store's policy).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of local area and streets.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry pizza bags, drinks, and other items (up to 20 lbs).
