- Stretch dough, apply sauces, and top pizzas according to recipes
- Cook pizzas in pizza oven, monitoring for perfect doneness
- Maintain clean prep and cook stations
- Rotate toppings and prep ingredients daily
- Ensure consistency, quality, and speed of service
