We’re hiring Bakers to help us meet our high demand for hand-rolled, boiled, and baked fresh bagels each day. You'll start early (4am–5am) and work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment. This is a hands-on, physical job — if you love to move, hustle, and take pride in consistent, high-quality work, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:
- Boil, top, and bake bagels to spec (training provided!)
- Operate a rotating oven and mixing equipment
- Mix, weigh, and cut dough precisely
- Prep ingredients (like cream cheese and veggies)
- Bake cookies and other side items
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace
- Help with inventory, opening, and closing tasks
- Occasionally jump in to help front of house during busy moments
