As a SONIC Drive-In restaurant Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member, you will oversee the Appetite Satisfaction Department, which involves operating the following stations: Food Production, Grill, Fryer and other tasks if applicable.

As a SONIC Drive-In restaurant Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member, you will oversee the Appetite Satisfaction Department, which involves operating the following stations: Food Production, Grill, Fryer and other tasks if applicable.
Please note this is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working with a sense of urgency to complete customer orders in a timely manner.
- Keeping work area clean and organized during "slow" periods
- Completing all assigned cleaning task throughout the shift
- Following Federal and State regulations for Food safety compliance.
- Stocking and rotating inventory as needed
- Preparing product in a safe and fresh manner as indicated by the recipe builds
- Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours
