The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations. This role helps ensure smooth day-to-day performance, high product quality, and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the GM in managing overall store operations
- Ensuring product consistency and adherence to quality standards
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Monitoring and managing cost controls
