Job Summary
- Assist in the smooth operation of the back of house functions
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness in the Cut & Pack area
- Prepare other menu items such as spicy wings, salads, and desserts
- Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, and company policies
- Ensure food is cut and prepared according to standards
- Read guest checks and accurately prepare orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Help out in other areas of the restaurant when needed
Requirements
- Organized, flexible, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of urgency to deliver exceptional service to our guests
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Physical & Mental Requirements
- Must be able to stand for periods of up to 11 hours
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to team members and management
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
