Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Prep/Event Cook to join our back-of-house culinary team. The Prep Cook plays a vital role in our kitchen’s success by preparing fresh ingredients, following recipes precisely, and supporting our chefs to keep service running smoothly.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, cutting meat, preparing sauces) according to recipes and daily prep lists
  • Ensure all food is labeled, dated, and stored properly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, coolers, and storage
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist line cooks and chefs with prep and occasional line work during service
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure efficiency and consistency
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of previous kitchen or prep experience
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and growth
  • Dependable, punctual, and coachable
  • Food Handler’s Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
