Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and portion standards
  • Set up and stock workstations with ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure food is cooked, stored, and served safely according to food safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
  • Assist with prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and portioning sauces
  • Communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure order accuracy and timely service
  • Follow proper procedures for cleaning equipment and surfaces
  • Support teammates during busy periods and help with closing duties
