The Morning Prep Cook prepares a variety of products including chicken salads, pimento cheese, side salads, soups, sauces, cookies, desserts, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils. Strict adherence to CSC standards for recipes, Speed of Service (SOS) goals and products is required and must maintain kitchen cleanliness/sanitation standards.

Qualifications include:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Availability: Must be able to work from 7am to 2pm
- Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet prep schedules and support restaurants speed of service
- Team Support: Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations and timely preparation of orders
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, stoop, reach/lift arms above head, and lift/carry 40+ lbs as needed
- Experience: At least 3 months of prior food prep or cook experience
- Reliable transportation
