Looking for enthusiastic individuals that are customer service oriented and can provide a welcoming attitude to our customers. The chicken cutter will be responsible of receiving customer orders and communicate it to the BOH as well as the packer.
Duties:
- Have full knowledge of the menu
- Cut chicken to its proper portion and customer specifications
- Answer any questions a customer may have in regards to the menu.
- Ensure that chicken being served is up to standards (Holding time, temp, appearance)
Opening, closing and side duties.

- Corte el pollo a su porción adecuada y a las especificaciones del cliente.
- Responda cualquier pregunta que pueda tener un cliente con respecto al menú.
- Asegúrese de que el pollo que se sirve cumpla con los estándares (tiempo de espera, temperatura, apariencia)
- Apertura, cierre y tareas complementarias.
