As an Elite Samurai, you’re not just cooking — you’re leading. You’ll set the tone for the shift, ensure quality and speed, and support your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every time.

● Lead kitchen operations during opening or closing shifts using established systems and checklists

● Cook and plate food according to Balance standards across all prep and line stations

● Train, mentor, and motivate new team members

● Maintain consistent food quality, pace, and presentation

● Keep the kitchen spotless, organized, and safe at all times

● Represent Balance as a brand ambassador both inside and outside of work

● Full-time position with open availability required

● Starting pay: $17.50/hr (based on training and availability)
