NOW HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER
In this GM role, you will oversee, manage, and lead the daily operations of the cafe. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing employees with verbal recognition, direction, and support
- Responsibility for all aspects of day to day restaurant operations
- Maintaining highest service standard, as well as training and development of team to maintain the highest standard
- Upholding policies and procedures
- Generating sales growth through delivering a positive guest experience
- Identifying problems, concerns, and opportunity for improvement
- Ensuring product preparation and presentation meet company standards
- Training and development of hourly staff
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and building
- Controlling food cost by usage of standard recipes and waste control procedures
- maintaining inventory with effective par levels for all products
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of Full-Service Salaried Manager experience
- Strong Back of House background
- Proven track record of leading and developing an hourly team
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Comfortable meeting KPI metrics
- Familiarity with P&L Management
