Park Lights Hospitality (PLH) is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Hosts to join our front-of-house team. This role is the first and last impression of our restaurants and is critical to delivering a welcoming, organized, and memorable guest experience. If you are personable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a host or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, warm demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and courteous during high-volume service
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, setting the tone for the dining experience
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table flow with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding wait times and seating options
- Coordinate closely with servers, managers, and the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entry area at all times
- Uphold all service standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Anticipate guest needs and support the front-of-house team as needed
