Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, efficient service in a high-volume environment
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Process cash, card, and mobile payments
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to company standards for quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and beverage stations in line with health and safety regulations
- Replenish supplies, restock inventory, and monitor product freshness throughout shifts
- Follow food safety guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
