Love guest interaction, outdoor energy, and fast‑paced sales environments? Manthey Hospitality is hiring Ticket Sales Operators to serve as the welcoming, energetic ambassadors for Nashville Riverboats.

Nashville Riverboats delivers unforgettable sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet guests, answer questions, and provide accurate information on schedules, routes, pricing, and policies
  • Promote upgrades, experiences, and cross‑brand opportunities
  • Proactively engage potential guests along the Riverwalk and near boarding locations to drive on‑the‑spot sales
  • Distribute wristbands, boarding passes, and provide wayfinding and boarding guidance
  • Support crowd flow and booth traffic during peak times
  • Process electronic POS transactions accurately
  • Maintain clean, organized, and guest‑ready booths and kiosks, including signage, pricing, and promotional materials
  • Restock brochures and supplies and communicate with operations teams about capacity and schedule updates
  • Assist with special events and other operational needs as required

  • A natural sales mindset — proactively promoting upgrades, special experiences, and cross-brand opportunities
  • Initiative to engage guests along the Riverwalk and near boarding areas to drive same-day ticket sales
  • Accuracy and accountability when processing electronic POS transactions
  • Attention to detail when distributing wristbands, boarding passes, and providing clear wayfinding and boarding instructions
  • A team-first attitude that supports crowd flow and booth operations during peak traffic times
  • Pride in maintaining clean, organized, and guest-ready booths and kiosks, including signage, promotional materials, and supplies
  • Strong communication with vessel and operations teams regarding capacity, schedule updates, and guest needs
Physical & Schedule Requirements
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as business demands
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, sun, cold, wind, and rain
  • Comfort working in high-traffic, guest-facing environments
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry light booth supplies as needed
