Luke's is seeking talented new team members to join our culinary family! We’re currently hiring a skilled and motivated Line Cooks to support our dynamic kitchen team.
This role is ideal for a culinary professional who values precision, consistency, and collaboration. You’ll work alongside our chefs to craft high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to seasonality, refined technique, and elevated Coastal cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain an organized, fully-stocked prep station throughout service
  • Execute prep and cooking tasks according to standardized recipes and chef direction
  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Uphold strict sanitation and food safety practices in all work areas
  • Assist in receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean, efficient, and productive kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with team members and chefs to ensure a seamless service
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 year of kitchen experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of fundamental cooking techniques
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
