About You

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Conversational AI & Generative AI to bring your specialized knowledge and deep expertise to our already incredible product team. You’ll be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of our AI-powered products, focusing on conversational AI agents and generative AI-driven experiences. You’ll collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive engagement and solve customer challenges at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Leadership: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and a focus on creating magical user experiences.
• Customer Focus: Advocate for the end-user by integrating design thinking and user research to ensure our AI products deliver delightful, intuitive, and valuable experiences.
• Execution: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions, managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to prioritize features, make informed trade-offs, and optimize product performance continuously.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product, to develop scalable and reliable AI-powered experiences.
• Executive Communication: Present clear, compelling product strategies and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, aligning them with the product vision and securing support.
• Innovation: Lead investments in research, prototyping, and experimentation, continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible with conversational and generative AI.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI-driven products, such as conversational AI agents, generative AI, or AI co-pilots.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including experience working with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies. Familiarity with AI infrastructure, data pipelines, and model fine-tuning.
• Proven track record of taking AI products from concept to launch, focusing on solving real customer problems.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to work closely with engineers to iterate on models and improve performance.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts and product strategies to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees in AI/ML are a plus.
• Experience with user-centered design methodologies, including user research, prototyping, and iterative testing.
• Strong data analytics skills to validate product hypotheses and inform decision-making.
• Startup mentality: Comfortable with ambiguity, adapting to fast-paced changes, and managing multiple priorities under pressure.
