Enterprise Sales Development Representative at LeadGenius

LeadGenius is looking for an Enterprise SDR who can take initiative and execute ongoing outreach to top named accounts. You will leverage our data service and build email sequences in order to warm prospects, while calling into accounts to schedule data consultations and discovery calls. LeadGenius proudly helps companies such as Google, Facebook, EBay, Marin software, Box, Weebly, Snowflake Computing and Zendesk grow faster! You will join a pre-IPO startup with equity and influence in a fast-growing and dynamic company.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Learn the SDR playbook and be ready to start contacting new prospects one week from start date.
  • Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using Groove to connect with new prospects.
  • Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VP of Marketing and Sales Ops.
  • Strategically build interest and opportunities with new prospects.
  • Oversee consultations on account executive’s calendar and log activities in CRM.
  • Exceed quota qualified consultations on second full-time month.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong written and phone communication, presentation abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience selling technology and/or software.
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, changing environment with minimal direction.
  • Hustle and persistence are a must!

Requirements of the Sales Representative:

  • You have 1 year of experience in a SDR or customer service / selling hybrid role.
  • Ability to hit substantial sales metrics.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.
  • Consultative with strong ability to problem solve with business owners to achieve their specific objectives.
  • Ability to gather intelligence on a target account; use detective skills to put together pieces of a puzzle and uncover an opportunity through networking.
  • Desire to be part of a team solving complex business problems through superior data
  • Bachelor’s degree.
