What you'll do 

  • Effectively source and engage passive candidates through recruiting events, employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools
    Track and use metrics and pipeline activity data to intelligently guide sourcing efforts
    Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
    Provide candidates with an extremely positive and memorable interview experience

What will make you a perfect fit for this role

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in sourcing, with a strong understanding of tech, shared/services, outsourcing or similar industries.
  • Proficiency with a variety of sourcing tools and platforms
  • A good eye for talent and strong intuition for technical abilities and culture-fit
  • Excellent oral/written communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and to prioritize accordingly
