IT Helpdesk Technician at Clutter

What we ask:

  • Support corporate users in a fast paced environment
  • Requisition, set-up and distribute IT hardware and supplies
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues (networking, computer systems, applications, etc.)
  • Assist and support users remotely and desk-side

 Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience working in a IT role
  • Comfort working in a mixed technology environment (MacOS, iOS and Windows)
  • Nice-to-haves: MDM, G Suite administration, experience working with third-party vendors, scripting
  • Bonus points if you’ve supported Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
