The opportunity: 

Clutter is looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior IT Helpdesk Technician to support the growing IT infrastructure of one of Los Angeles’ most dynamic and fast growing venture-backed startups. The position is full time and will be based out of our office in Culver City.

What we ask:

  • Support primarily MacOS/iOS setups with a splash of Windows
  • Requisition, set-up and distribute IT hardware and supplies
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues (networking, computer systems, applications, etc.)
  • Assist and support users remotely and desk-side


  • 5+ Years of Experience working in a IT role
  • Comfort working in a mixed technology environment (MacOS, iOS and Windows)
  • Experience working with Mobile Device Management system (JAMF, SimpleMDM or MaaS360)
  • Experience with G Suite administration, Active Directory management and comfort managing third-party vendors
  • Ability to lift at least 35 pounds, move and assemble office furniture and run both elevated and ground cabling
  • Bonus points if you’ve supported Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
