We are looking for a talented and experienced Build Engineer who can manage all our internally and externally facing game builds. You will be working with engineers to provide support across environments and with the designers to deliver builds needed for frequent evaluation.
The build engineer role is central to our organization and we are looking for candidates that are reliable, committed to uptime and provide solutions to scaling challenges as we expand our roster of games.
Collaborate with product and engineering to provide game builds for evaluation
Work with IT to ensure build servers run efficiently and are using all resources available
Work with client engineers to merge cherry-picked commits and troubleshoot issues with builds
Work with backend engineers to verify services are properly connecting to client builds
Computer Science degree or equivalent
At least 3 years working with Jenkins
At least 2 years building Unity with Jenkins for PC, Android, iOS platforms
Master with *nix based operating systems, comfortable with Windows/macOS
Very well versed with Git and Perforce
Comfortable integrating hooks with Jira, Slack, etc.
Great communication skills
