Warehouse Manager at Clutter

We have 500+ team members and tens of thousands of customers in 7 major markets across the US with plans to be in 50+ markets, domestically and internationally, within the next 5 years!

We are looking for a driven and high-performing leader with a passion for process to oversee our warehouse and a team of Warehouse Supervisors and Associates. This warehouse team is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound operations for customer belongings throughout the Seattle/Portland metro areas. The position will be based in our 105k sq. ft. warehouse in Des Moines, WA and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our rapidly growing Pacific Northwest operations are successful.

What we ask:

  • Manage a team of Supervisors: Align workload, people management, and process objectives
  • Implement process: Responsible for aligning Supervisors and their teams around new processes and for execution
  • Train & develop: Responsible for all training, including new and existing team members.
  • Weekend Availability: Work 5 days per week, with one of those days a Saturday or Sunday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations servicing customers throughout the Seattle/Portland market
  • Identify coaching opportunities and structure training
  • Implement processes in a changing environment
  • Manage day-to-day logistics of warehouse operations
  • Solve complex inventory and customer issues
  • Analyze and draw insights from data to improve processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in warehousing/logistics
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to leverage data to identify trends and drive decisions
  • Passion for people management and direct experience managing large teams of hourly employees
  • Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
  • Willingness to work hard and get your hands dirty at a fast-growing start-up
