You will:

  • Lead the People and Talent function reporting to the COO.
  • Develop and manage all People Operations & Talent: systems, processes, and programs: recruiting, onboarding, employee feedback process, benefits, compensation, immigration, and everything else in between.
  • Partner with team members to support an employee experience that makes them feel energized and empowered to make an impact.
  • Own “Feedback for Success” our feedback process that connects employees individual performance to the priorities of the business, our values, and core competencies.
  • Manage our Talent Team to make the full-cycle recruitment process seamless and easy.

You have:

  • Managed a lean and scrappy people & talent team in a startup environment.
  • Created a seamless candidate to employee experience (source, interview, offer, onboard, hire, and retain) across all departments and roles
  • Direct experience building internal relationships and coaching employees.
  • Helped create a winning culture with a non-traditional HR approach.
  • The ability to navigate difficult conversations and be a trusted and discreet partner.
  • Knowledge of current labor laws, as well as recent changes and trends in employment practices.
